In a bold move upward for 2007, Team TIAA-CREF not only becomes Team Slipstream powered by Chipotle, but moves up a notch into the International Cycling Union‘s Professional Continental Category. Adding six young talented riders to its roster, Slipstream powered by Chipotle has bolstered its growing strength but without losing its roots as an American team. Notable additions to the team include Pro Tour signees Patrick McCarty who rode the previous season with Phonak, and Kilian Patour from Crédit Agricole. Other young riders to look out for include Under-23 Paris Tours Champion, Hubb Duyn, and runner up at the Under-23 National Time Trial Championship, Steve Cozza. Returning stars include current USPRO Criterium Champion, Brad Huff, Under-23 National Road Race and Criterium Champion, Craig Lewis, and 2001 Under-23 World Time Trail Champion, Danny Pate.
