Based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the 2009 Kelly Benefit Strategies is a team on the move with some fresh new talent. The fifteen-man roster of nearly all North American’s, returns seven members from the 2008 team while signing eight new riders for 2009. The composition of the 2009 squad is a mixture of neo pro’s and seasoned professionals.New in 2009 are three Canadian riders, namely: Ryan Anderson, 2008 Tour of Delta Overall Champion; Zachary Bell; and third place finisher in the 2008 Canadian National Road Race Championships, Jacob Erker. The three rode the previous season with the Symmetrics Cycling Team. Other additions include: bronze medalist in the 2007 U.S. Jr. National Road Race Championships, Cheyne Hoag; 2007 Tour of Somerville Champion Shane Kline; Under-23 Tysons Corner Circuit Race Champion Clay Murfet; runner up in the 2008 King of the Mountains Competition in the Tour de Georgia, Neil Shirley; and 2008 Bank of America Wilmington Grand Prix Champion, Scott Zwizanski. Andrew Bajadali, Dan Bowman, Alex Candelario, Jake Keough, Reid Mumford, Jonathan Sundt and David Veilleux return from the 2008 lineup.
